Setup Process
Step 1: Receive Approval Email
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email containing:- Congratulations message
- Setup link (valid for 30 days)
- Instructions for next steps
Step 2: Click Setup Link
Click the setup link in your email. This will take you to the account setup page.Step 3: Complete Account Details
You’ll need to provide:- Username: Choose a unique username (4-20 characters, alphanumeric only)
- Password: Create a strong password
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your password
Your contact name and email are pre-filled from your application and cannot be changed during setup.
Step 4: Submit
Click “Create Account” to complete the setup.Setup Requirements
Username Rules
- 4-20 characters
- Alphanumeric only (letters and numbers)
- No spaces or special characters
- Must be unique
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
After Setup
Once your account is created:- You’ll be automatically logged in
- You can access the Developer Dashboard
- You can start creating API keys
- You can associate your user account
Troubleshooting
”Invalid Setup Link”
- Check that the link hasn’t expired (30 days)
- Verify the link was copied completely
- Request a new setup email from the admin
”Username Already Taken”
- Choose a different username
- Try adding numbers or variations
- Contact support if you believe there’s an error
”Password Doesn’t Meet Requirements”
- Review the password requirements
- Ensure all requirements are met
- Use a password manager for strong passwords
Resending Setup Email
If your setup link expires:- Contact support@dhmad.tn
- Provide your application email
- Request a new setup link
- An admin can resend the email
